His career spans leadership roles at Accenture, IBM, and Teradata, followed by a deep focus on startups—most notably at UiPath (Robotic Process Automation) and Rossum (Intelligent Document Processing). Currently, he serves as a Venture Partner and Advisor at DEPO Ventures, bringing his expertise in startup ecosystems, fundraising, and business development. Mr. Rataj is based in Prague, Czech Republic
